Fidelity Bond and Cash Funds

Bond Funds

Fidelity Bond Funds aim to deliver regular income and the possibility of capital gains. Bond funds are important for diversifying a portfolio, as bond securities are generally less volatility. Fidelity offers both investment grade and non investment-grade bond funds to suit investors' risk appetites. Non-investment grade bonds are debt securities issued by companies with a credit rating of BB and below and these securities typically offer higher yields than their investment grade counterparts. For investors who prefer to invest using Singapore Dollars, look for funds marked SGD. Some of the Fidelity Bonds Funds offer monthly dividend payout share classes and these are marked MD.

Cash Funds

Fidelity offers two cash funds in Singapore, one denominated in Euro and one in US Dollar. Both funds invest in a wide range of money market instruments with the aim of preserving capital value while providing a return at minimal risk.
